Telesales Executive

Role Overview

Key Duties

• Place outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Clearly and professionally convey information about company products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries with precise information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer calls and interactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and develop strong relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and candidates with 7 to 12 months experience.
• Female applicants with career gaps are welcome.
• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass, diploma, or any graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English and the local language; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong communication, attentive listening, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Basic problem-solving and customer service competencies.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
