About the Role
KVS Financial Services is seeking a confident and driven Telecaller to join our legal services division. This position involves contacting potential clients, explaining our legal assistance offerings, managing inquiries, and arranging meetings with advocates.
Core Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Clearly describe our legal service options and respond to basic client questions.
- Follow up with interested individuals through phone and WhatsApp communication.
- Organize appointments and consultations with our advocacy team.
- Keep accurate records of phone interactions and customer details.
- Develop and maintain positive engagement with prospective clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience ranging from none (freshers welcome) up to two years in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Proficient communication in Telugu with a fundamental understanding of English.
- Capability to professionally manage and respond to customer objections.
- Basic proficiency with computers and smartphone technology.
- A positive outlook combined with a goal-driven approach.
- Preferably some background in customer support or lead generation.
Additional Information
- Working hours run from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- This is a full-time position.
- Compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 monthly.
- Training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Applicants should be comfortable engaging clients over the phone.
