Role Responsibilities
- Keep a vigilant watch on inventory levels to guarantee prompt restocking of merchandise.
- Arrange shelves and displays according to established company standards to optimize product presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the inventory team to efficiently handle product shipments and transfers.
- Ensure correct pricing and labels are affixed to items available in the store.
- Execute loss prevention tactics and promptly report any irregularities in inventory counts.
- Engage in inventory audits and perform cycle count activities as required.
- Maintain a clean and secure workspace while adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of at least a high school diploma or its equivalent; retail or inventory management experience is advantageous.
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communicator who can work well within a team environment.
- Basic skills in computer use, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise and standing for long hours.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
