Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for job candidates and ensures smooth progression of the recruitment stages. This full-time, in-person position involves welcoming candidates onsite, coordinating interview logistics, and managing calendars efficiently. It is well-suited for professionals with 1–3 years of experience seeking comprehensive exposure to all hiring phases, with prospects to evolve into a full-cycle recruiter by developing sourcing, screening, and hiring expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to identify and resolve inefficiencies in hiring procedures.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience projects.
- Arrange and manage interviews involving multiple interviewers across various calendars and time zones, often under tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline stages within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Welcome and host candidates onsite, ensuring a professional, warm, and organized interview environment.
- Handle all interview-day logistics, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and coordinating candidate travel when necessary.
- Act as the main logistical contact for candidates, addressing questions, setting expectations, and ensuring seamless communication.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in coordination, recruiting, executive assistance, or operations roles.
- Exhibit excellent organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple calendars and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by a warm, professional demeanor in-person.
- Maintain a proactive mindset with attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for recruiting as a professional discipline.
- Ambition to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter role over time.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Culture
The annual salary for this position ranges between $100,000 and $150,000, supplemented by equity and benefits.
