Program/Project Manager III

Overview

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Program/Project Manager III to lead daily project activities in support of a U.S. Navy client. This position requires overseeing schedules, deliverables, and coordinating team efforts. Please note this role is for a future program yet to be awarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior leader for complex program and technical initiatives supporting the U.S. Navy.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams effectively, ensuring collaboration and goal alignment.
• Manage overall program strategy, execution, and provide detailed reporting.
• Conduct briefings at senior leadership levels and engage key stakeholders consistently.
• Oversee program risks, costs, and performance metrics to ensure program success.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 15 or more years of experience in project or program management roles.
• Demonstrate leadership experience within Department of Defense or Navy program environments.
• Maintain at least a Secret security clearance or higher to be eligible for this opportunity.

Educational Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
