Position Overview
ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Program/Project Manager II to manage daily project operations for a potential future program supporting a U.S. Navy client. This role involves overseeing schedules, deliverables, and effective team collaboration in a highly regulated government contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management tasks for a U.S. Navy customer, ensuring alignment with deliverables, project timelines, milestones, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee communication between Navy personnel and contractor teams.
- Manage risks and monitor project performance to ensure objectives are met.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven history of leading teams within Department of Defense or Navy-related environments.
- Possession of a Secret clearance or higher is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
