Key Responsibilities
- Comply with the company's Management System and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Manage daily submissions of client orders.
- Support the laboratory testing team by overseeing processes related to the handling of client-submitted samples.
- Coordinate the warehousing, storage, and distribution of samples.
- Organize and maintain physical filing of submission-related documents.
- Generate necessary reports and ensure their systematic filing.
- Execute miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Have familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and its requirements.
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures.
- Demonstrate fast and precise typing skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and general computer operations.
- Bring 1 to 2 years of experience working in third-party testing environments.
- Good command over English, both written and spoken.
- Be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and also cooperate effectively as part of a team.
