About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is spearheading a major giga project under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 aimed at creating a unique entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle hub. The Manager of Procurement Performance Management will play a vital role in enhancing procurement excellence by overseeing performance measurement systems, conducting data analytics, and leading continuous improvements. Collaboration with procurement units and leadership teams will be key to refining processes, improving supplier outcomes, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain performance metrics such as KPIs and SLAs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and value delivered in procurement activities.
- Perform detailed analysis of procurement data and generate reports and dashboards that track supplier and category performance versus established targets.
- Detect inefficiencies in operations and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist Business Unit procurement teams with performance monitoring and development of improvement strategies.
- Lead initiatives related to supplier performance by supervising contract compliance and guiding corrective measures.
- Encourage a culture focused on responsibility, innovation, and superior performance within the procurement function.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in procurement performance oversight, data analytics, or operational excellence, especially in complex enterprises or large-scale projects.
- In-depth understanding of procurement procedures, performance evaluation methods, and supplier relationship management.
- Skilled in procurement software and data visualization tools, including SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
- Experience within the Saudi Arabian market or comparable regional environments is beneficial.
