Role Overview

The Management Executive role, based full-time on-site in Sharjah, involves managing daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain seamless workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across departments, monitoring performance to align with company objectives, managing schedules, aiding strategic planning, producing reports, and assisting with budgeting and resource management. This position supports policy implementation, ensures regulatory compliance, facilitates cross-team communication, drives process improvements, resolves operational issues, and assists senior leadership in decision-making and project initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience and skills in operational management, administration, and organizational planning.
• Strong business communication capabilities, including report writing and documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate interdepartmental teams and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Basic financial knowledge with the ability to support budgeting and analyze data.
