Facility Management Program Manager - Qassim

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute facility management initiatives that align with organizational objectives and financial constraints.
• Supervise daily operations of facilities, ensuring proper maintenance of systems and physical infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor relations to guarantee service quality and optimize expenditure.
• Develop and control the facility management budget, actively seeking ways to reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and environmental legislation.
• Direct facility-related projects, making sure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Champion sustainability efforts including improvements in energy efficiency and waste management.
• Build and lead the facility management team to achieve high performance levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of seven years' experience in facility management or a comparable position.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully overseeing complex initiatives.
