Role Overview

As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for the business outcomes of a product stream, ensuring that the right products are delivered on schedule and embraced by clinicians who use them daily. Your accountability rests on measurable metrics rather than predetermined roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your stream's main performance metric, managing all aspects needed to improve it, including product choices, design decisions, launches, and clinician adoption.
• Drive persistent growth and retention, aiming for general availability (GA) milestones, seeing launch as a step rather than an end.
• Lead growth-oriented discovery by identifying funnel and activation levers that impact key metrics and validating them efficiently.
• Translate strategic goals into daily team activities to ensure alignment and clear focus on outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to contribute to solution development and gain credibility across functions.
• Utilize contemporary AI tools to accelerate the transition from insights to delivered products.
• Critically assess your initiatives and quickly pivot when results do not meet expectations, maintaining full ownership of success metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing product outcomes with defined growth targets, particularly in funnel conversion and activation.
• Strong operator mentality with ownership of profit and loss or growth-related responsibilities.
• Ability to effectively bridge clinician realities, engineering constraints, and commercial forecasts without over-relying on jargon or process.
• Excellent product judgment to make and defend decisions regarding product features and user experience.
• Preference for rapid shipping and iterative learning balanced with deep consideration for clinical and patient impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with clinical or healthcare workflows.
• Track record using AI tools in product development aimed at commercial or user outcomes.
• Exposure to expanding products across international markets.
• Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive industries demanding both agility and rigor.
• Background working in fast-paced, founder-led startups where processes are evolving.
