Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Manager who will act as the crucial link between the overarching product vision and the R&D team's execution. This position involves translating gaming concepts into precise specifications, validating player experiences, and ensuring flawless product releases.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, refine, and prepare sprint backlogs for development, proactively addressing requirements gaps, technical dependencies, edge cases, and risks to enable timely solutions.
• Convert strategic product goals and game ideas into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation, collaborating closely with Game Design and R&D teams.
• Hands-on validation of complete player journeys and game mechanics by identifying friction points, bugs, usability issues, and missing scenarios to ensure products are release-ready.
• Coordinate effectively between R&D, Game Design, Art, and QA departments to align all stakeholders on the product vision and objectives.
• Own selected product features throughout their lifecycle — from initial scope definition to post-launch monitoring and iteration.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience within the gaming field, ideally in iGaming, Social Casino, or Real-Money Gaming sectors.
• Demonstrated success in product management, game production, or game design roles.
• Experience collaborating closely with R&D, Game Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, coupled with excellent product judgment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a sense of ownership and ability to foster cooperation across teams.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Experience specifically with online slot games is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage complex dependencies and track tasks to completion.
• Product-focused mindset capable of assessing the full player experience and maintaining high quality and polish standards.
• Technically adept, able to work hand-in-hand with R&D teams on product execution details.
• Quick learner who embraces new tools, internal systems, and domain complexities; comfortable with preparing tasks, triaging bugs, documentation, and operational processes.
• Self-motivated and proactive — focused on resolving obstacles independently and establishing order in fast-changing environments rather than escalating problems.
• Strong drive for growth and development, open to feedback, and aspiring to broaden leadership capabilities in product management.
