Work Environment

Responsibilities

• Design and solve varied coding challenges aimed at training AI systems, focusing especially on Android development
• Create well-documented, high-quality code snippets with comprehensive explanations
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity
• Provide constructive feedback that shapes upcoming AI model generations

Qualifications

• English fluency at native or bilingual proficiency
• Preferably experienced with Kotlin, and proficient in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Programmer, Software Engineer, or Coder is recommended

Additional Information

Payment is processed through PayPal, which manages currency conversions from USD. No fees will ever be requested from candidates. This independent contractor role is open only to residents of the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Candidates outside these countries will not have access to work or assessments at this time.
