Overview
DataAnnotation invites applications for the role of Full Stack Developer - AI Trainer to contribute to cutting-edge AI development efforts. Join a diverse and expanding network of over 100,000 engineers including front-end, back-end, full-stack, and machine learning experts working to refine intelligent systems. This position involves direct interaction with advanced AI models, allowing you to tackle intriguing programming challenges spanning problem creation, app development, and data visualization.
Work Environment
This opportunity grants significant flexibility and challenge, enabling you to either complement a full-time job with this role or focus on it as your main occupation. You select projects and set schedules aligned with your preferences and availability. Work is conducted onsite in Ireland.
Getting Started
Applicants must register an account and successfully complete a short assessment serving as an interview. Upon passing, confirmation is sent and paid projects become accessible via the platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and solve varied coding challenges aimed at training AI systems, focusing especially on Android development
- Create well-documented, high-quality code snippets with comprehensive explanations
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity
- Provide constructive feedback that shapes upcoming AI model generations
Qualifications
- English fluency at native or bilingual proficiency
- Preferably experienced with Kotlin, and proficient in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Programmer, Software Engineer, or Coder is recommended
Additional Information
Payment is processed through PayPal, which manages currency conversions from USD. No fees will ever be requested from candidates. This independent contractor role is open only to residents of the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Candidates outside these countries will not have access to work or assessments at this time.
