ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic team at ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on providing comprehensive support throughout the ERP system's lifecycle, especially tailored to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support the ERP implementation process, including setup, configuration, testing, and final deployment phases.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and maintain SQL queries and generate reports that support business functions effectively.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to collect business requirements and improve ERP features accordingly.
• Offer training sessions and functional support to end users for optimal usage of the ERP system.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, system updates, and operational workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration within the construction sector.
• Practical expertise with ERP platforms such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or equivalent systems.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL and programming languages/frameworks including Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with teams.
