About the Role and Team

Join Navi's Tele Debt Management team in Bangalore, where the focus is on assisting customers to manage their financial dues through direct engagement and offering tailored repayment solutions. The team ensures customers are supported in a manner that prioritizes their needs while complying with both legal regulations and company policies, thereby safeguarding the health of the loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets by successfully managing dues and payments.
• Inform customers about the consequences of missed loan repayments to encourage timely payments.
• Perform reminder calls to clients who have defaulted on their EMIs.
• Collaborate with Field Executives and assist them as necessary.

Essential Requirements

• Educational qualification of at least 10th grade is required.
• Capability to function independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with being observant and professionally presentable.
• Fundamental knowledge of internet use and search engines.
• Possession of DRA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
