Overview

We are seeking proactive and customer-oriented individuals fluent in Punjabi to join as Customer Support Executives. Successful candidates will play a key role in addressing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
Communicate fluently in Punjabi; knowledge of Hindi and English is advantageous.
Maintain courteous and professional interaction with customers at all times.
Accurately document all customer conversations within the system.
Adhere to organizational policies and maintain quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in spoken Punjabi is essential.
Minimum educational requirement of 12th standard or graduation.
Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Basic proficiency with computers.
Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.

Additional Details

Role Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
