Overview
We are seeking proactive and customer-oriented individuals fluent in Punjabi to join as Customer Support Executives. Successful candidates will play a key role in addressing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Communicate fluently in Punjabi; knowledge of Hindi and English is advantageous.
- Maintain courteous and professional interaction with customers at all times.
- Accurately document all customer conversations within the system.
- Adhere to organizational policies and maintain quality benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in spoken Punjabi is essential.
- Minimum educational requirement of 12th standard or graduation.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.

- Role Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
- Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
