About the Role
Bandhan Life Science Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join their team in Kolkata. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer communications within a healthcare or diagnostics context, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient query resolution and support ticket management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally with customers.
- Register and manage support tickets in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Guarantee that all support tickets are closed within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Take comprehensive ownership of customer complaints until completely resolved.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about diagnostic tests, reports, bookings, and other services.
- Escalate unresolved cases appropriately and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Deliver excellent customer service while sustaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to male and female applicants.
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in diagnostics centers, hospitals, healthcare, or medical customer service environments.
- Proficient communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-first solutions.
- Responsible, disciplined, and cooperative team player.

Compensation
