Contract Administrator

Role Overview

We are hiring a Contract Administrator for an onsite position in Doha, Qatar. This role is suited to a seasoned professional with strong exposure to construction and MEP contracting, commercial control, and contract administration within complex project environments.

What the Role Involves

• Oversee contract administration and commercial coordination across construction and MEP projects.
• Apply quantity surveying practices, cost control methods, and broader commercial administration expertise.
• Support senior-level contract or commercial management activities on projects such as data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments, commercial buildings, and infrastructure works.

Experience and Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a closely related field is required.
• The role calls for 15 years of overall experience in construction and MEP contracting.
• At least 5 years must have been spent in a senior contracts or commercial management position in Qatar.
• Prior GCC/Qatar experience is mandatory.

Additional Requirements

• The candidate must have a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical environments, industrial projects, commercial projects, or infrastructure projects is preferred and relevant to the role.
