Role Overview
We are hiring a Contract Administrator for an onsite position in Doha, Qatar. This role is suited to a seasoned professional with strong exposure to construction and MEP contracting, commercial control, and contract administration within complex project environments.
What the Role Involves
- Oversee contract administration and commercial coordination across construction and MEP projects.
- Apply quantity surveying practices, cost control methods, and broader commercial administration expertise.
- Support senior-level contract or commercial management activities on projects such as data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments, commercial buildings, and infrastructure works.
Experience and Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a closely related field is required.
- The role calls for 15 years of overall experience in construction and MEP contracting.
- At least 5 years must have been spent in a senior contracts or commercial management position in Qatar.
- Prior GCC/Qatar experience is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- The candidate must have a valid Qatar ID (QID).
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required.
- Experience in data centers, mission-critical environments, industrial projects, commercial projects, or infrastructure projects is preferred and relevant to the role.
