Collections Executive

About the Role

Unifin Experts LLP is seeking a motivated and target-driven Collections Executive to be part of its expanding team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and a keen interest in the lending sector.

Primary Duties

• Communicate proactively with customers for pre-collections follow-up, including payment reminders and handling pre-closure requests to promote on-time payments.
• Maintain precise records and generate daily reports detailing collection activities and outcomes.
• Track individual performance metrics in relation to established targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal sanctioning and accounts departments to streamline the customer service process.
• Utilize the organization's CRM system effectively to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of collections.
• Coordinate efforts with both account and disbursement teams to support collection functions.
