About the Role

Unifin Experts LLP is seeking a motivated and target-driven Collections Executive to be part of its expanding team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and a keen interest in the lending sector.

Primary Duties

Communicate proactively with customers for pre-collections follow-up, including payment reminders and handling pre-closure requests to promote on-time payments.
Maintain precise records and generate daily reports detailing collection activities and outcomes.
Track individual performance metrics in relation to established targets.
Collaborate closely with internal sanctioning and accounts departments to streamline the customer service process.
Utilize the organization's CRM system effectively to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of collections.
Coordinate efforts with both account and disbursement teams to support collection functions.
