We are seeking dependable and meticulous Cleaners to expand our team of cleaning professionals. This position involves various cleaning tasks including move-in and move-out cleans, preparing vacant units for turnover, and regular housekeeping in occupied residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning for move-in and move-out scenarios in rental properties.
• Conduct detailed turnover cleans in empty homes and apartments.
• Carry out regular housekeeping duties in occupied homes as needed.
• Clean multiple areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces.
• Address detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, interior of cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile application to receive job details, navigate via GPS, upload photos, and update task statuses.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges encountered.
• Travel independently between appointments using personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to handle both move-in/move-out cleaning as well as routine housekeeping.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for travel and transporting cleaning materials.
• Ownership of cleaning equipment and supplies necessary for residential cleaning assignments.
• Access to a suitable smartphone capable of operating a mobile work app, GPS navigation, capturing clear photographs, reviewing instructions, and submitting updates.
• Comfort with cleaning various household areas and items in detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow given cleaning guidelines.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-based time tracking.
