Royal York Property Management, a leading property management firm in Canada overseeing thousands of residential rental properties across Ontario, is seeking dependable and meticulous Cleaners to expand their network of cleaning specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleaning of residential rental units.
• Perform thorough turnover cleaning of vacant homes and apartments.
• Deliver routine housekeeping services in currently occupied residences.
• Clean all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces.
• Handle detailed cleaning tasks such as cleaning baseboards, interior cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile application to receive work assignments, navigate to locations via GPS, upload photographs, and update job progress.
• Review completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges encountered during appointments.
• Travel independently between cleaning sites using your own vehicle.

Requirements

• At least two years of paid, professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable performing both move-in/move-out cleaning and ongoing housekeeping tasks.
• Own a reliable vehicle to transport yourself and cleaning supplies to job locations.
• Provide your own cleaning materials and equipment necessary for residential cleaning duties.
• Possess a suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work application, utilizing GPS, capturing clear photos, reading job instructions, and submitting updates.
• Ability to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas effectively.
• Work independently while following defined cleaning procedures.
• Basic proficiency in verbal and written English to communicate adequately.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-verified arrival times.
