Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe conveyance of management personnel and visitors to their destinations as per schedule.
• Organize and plan travel routes effectively to minimize delays and guarantee punctuality.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to identify and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Manage vehicle essentials such as fuel levels and legal documentation like registration and insurance.
• Abide by all traffic regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
• Support office tasks by delivering or collecting documents, parcels, or supplies as needed.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly, preserving confidentiality.
