Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Car Driver to safely transport company management and visitors to various assigned locations around Hyderabad. The role involves timely pick-up and drop-off of clients or guests, maintaining vehicle conditions, and adhering strictly to traffic rules and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe conveyance of management personnel and visitors to their destinations as per schedule.
- Organize and plan travel routes effectively to minimize delays and guarantee punctuality.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to identify and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Manage vehicle essentials such as fuel levels and legal documentation like registration and insurance.
- Abide by all traffic regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Support office tasks by delivering or collecting documents, parcels, or supplies as needed.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly, preserving confidentiality.
