Role Overview
This position uniquely blends cutting-edge artificial intelligence with critical client interactions. You will act as the key human decision-maker ensuring AI communications with Fortune 500 executives are precise, contextually appropriate, and aligned with the represented search firms' tone and brand identity. Beyond reviewing and refining AI-generated scheduling actions, you will contribute to designing AI playbooks, identify patterns to improve AI performance, and collaborate closely with company founders on scaling strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Examine AI-produced scheduling communications before delivery to top-tier search firms and their senior candidates
- Exercise timely judgment in ambiguous or complex scenarios concerning tone, rescheduling, or absent conversation context
- Identify critical subtle mistakes including incorrect time zones, misinterpretation of user intent, inappropriate tone, or missing thread context
- Report behavioral patterns and product insights to the founders and product team
- Lead or support operational initiatives such as client onboarding and internal process development as the company grows
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional proficiency in written English with the ability to convey polished, professional messages appropriate for Fortune 500 CHROs
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- High reliability and focus to treat work shifts as real-time production environments
- Innate generalist mindset adaptable to diverse tasks
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or similar from a top-tier university
- Experience at Big 4 accounting or equivalent firms such as EY, PwC, KPMG, or Deloitte is preferred
- Availability to begin within two weeks
