Role Overview

The Vice President Operations is a remote full-time position responsible for managing daily operational functions to guarantee efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout the organization. This leadership role involves overseeing operations teams, refining process workflows, and driving best practices to support both client outcomes and internal efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance service delivery and internal performance.
• Administer operational budgets and profit & loss statements, aligning resource allocation with strategic priorities.
• Work closely with senior executives to establish and track key operational performance indicators.
• Resolve cross-functional challenges and enhance customer service standards across all service lines.
• Support planning, execution, and completion of critical projects and initiatives.
• Mentor managers to cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience managing operations, including multi-disciplinary team leadership and process optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in profit & loss management and budgeting, with strategic financial alignment expertise.
• Strong background in customer service leadership focused on quality, satisfaction, and relationship building.
• Strategic planning capabilities to set operational priorities supporting long-term objectives.
• Hands-on project management expertise including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Previous senior operations leadership experience in consulting or related professional services sectors.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities, effective in remote leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma and familiarity with modern productivity and collaboration software.
