Role Overview

The Logistics Manager position based in Abu Dhabi is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for steering operations, strategic planning, and overall business performance within the region. This position requires setting long-range targets, leading financial and commercial decisions, and ensuring alignment with Vista Group's global objectives. The role collaborates with multiple teams to promote growth, nurture client and partner relationships in film and cinema industries, and support the deployment and enhancement of Vista Group's software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand business footprint.
• Manage risks proactively and foster a culture grounded in innovation, ethical practices, and ongoing development.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and negotiate favorable agreements.
• Coordinate with global offices across time zones to ensure seamless operations and strategy execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership roles within technology, software, media, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and financial management, including budgeting and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong skills in stakeholder relations, negotiation, and team leadership focused on fostering diverse and result-oriented environments.
• Expertise or familiarity with the film, cinema, or entertainment technology sectors is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related fields; advanced degrees such as an MBA are considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities suitable for representing the company externally.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and coordinate with international teams.
