About the Role
Manukau Toyota, a prominent dealership within the Manukau Toyota Group and one of New Zealand's busiest Toyota dealerships, seeks a seasoned Vehicle Administrator to join their dynamic Finance & Administration team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior dealership administration experience who thrive in fast-moving environments and emphasize precision, organization, and comprehensive support to their colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, Road User Charges (RUCs), and ownership transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Manage vehicle deal packs ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Handle vehicle sales, deliveries, and related administrative tasks systematically.
- Maintain precise vehicle and customer records using dealership management systems.
- Assist with month-end financial processing and reporting duties.
- Support daily operations within the Finance & Administration team.
- Coordinate and communicate seamlessly with Sales Consultants, Business Managers, and other internal departments.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation within set deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in automotive dealership administration or closely related roles is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with vehicle registrations, sales data processing, and deal handling procedures.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to perform well in a demanding and high-volume work setting.
- Professional communication skills with a cooperative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and adaptability in learning new processes.
- Possession of a valid full New Zealand Driver Licence.
