Overview
We are actively looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Solutions team in Ladson, SC. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, with mid-shift hours from Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our company provides diverse experiences and advancement opportunities within a Fortune 500 industry leader.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations by supervising and coordinating teams
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to plan and review logistics workflows, ensuring they meet company and customer standards
- Organize work schedules and procedures to optimize shift and team effectiveness
- Take ownership of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with customers on operational matters
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to track progress, provide coaching, and acknowledge achievements
- Promote team cohesion through diversity and inclusion initiatives and seek improvements in internal processes
- Perform employee evaluations and recommend merit-based rewards or adjustments
- Handle performance issues through corrective and disciplinary actions as necessary
- Understand and uphold labor agreements, maintaining positive employee relations
- Implement and enforce health, safety, security practices, and company policies
- Provide comprehensive orientation and necessary resources to staff and lead personnel

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED completion required
