Logistics Specialist

About the Role

Join a leading company in logistics, transportation, fleet maintenance, and supply chain services as a Logistics Specialist based in Georgetown, KY. This role provides critical support to specific accounts within our Supply Chain Solutions division, focusing on inbound/outbound logistics and data analysis. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams during sales cycles to develop and implement logistics concepts and support continuous operational improvement.
• Participate in designing and engineering supply chain services, including network analysis, transportation planning, distribution management, strategy creation, multi-client coordination, and process management.
• Provide proposal support, gather and analyze data, and acquire necessary product knowledge to support the business.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related industry is necessary.
• Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication.
• Effective listening, explanatory, and instruction skills.
• Proficiency in process definition, data gathering, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multitasking ability and excellent time management.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a hybrid work schedule.
• Exempt salaried position paid twice monthly.
• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, depending on experience.
