Role Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and distributed microservices in Go for real-time operations.
• Design systems for ingesting, managing, and processing large-scale user profile and audience data.
• Build event-driven applications using messaging systems like Kafka.
• Utilize distributed data storage technologies such as ScyllaDB, TiDB, and Redis effectively.
• Produce optimized, low-memory, and high-performance backend code ensuring reliability and minimal latency.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Machine Learning, Data, and Infrastructure teams to enhance core platform features.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years experience in backend software development.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude focused on data structures, algorithms, and system optimizations.
• Proficiency using relational databases and distributed data storage systems.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with modern backend programming languages, preferably Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• A commitment to building high-availability, resilient systems capable of operating at large scale.
