Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro publisher packs to support asset management processes.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow SAM Pro and SaaS publisher portals using both standard and customized methods to enhance license usage data accuracy.
• Handle entitlement uploads by preparing and validating data from multiple sources including purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records; ensuring precise alignment with software models and license metrics.
• Configure and manage reconciliation processes within ServiceNow SAM Pro to establish accurate software compliance positions through validation of discovered installations, license allocations, and publisher-specific rules.
• Develop and sustain analytics dashboards and reports to track software use, license compliance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create streamlined workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to align development efforts with product strategy and technical feasibility.
• Conduct thorough testing phases including unit, system, and UAT to uphold solution quality and data integrity.
• Document technical configurations and implementations comprehensively to support knowledge sharing and compliance needs.
• Continuously monitor solution performance and propose enhancements to maximize effectiveness.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote process improvement.
• Maintain adherence to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Possesses over four years of professional experience in ServiceNow development with strong expertise in the SAM Pro module including configurations, scripting, workflow design, and data management.
• Experienced in ServiceNow Discovery, REST API implementations, out-of-box integrations, and utilizing IntegrationHub.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of software licensing concepts and compliance position creation.
• Exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer are advantageous.

Eligibility

The role is open to any graduate meeting the qualification and experience criteria.

Compensation

The position offers a package ranging between 2,000,000 and 3,500,000 INR annually.
