Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design content calendars and brainstorm campaign concepts that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and company founders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Spot emerging trends and leverage them as growth opportunities for the brand.
• Partner with content creators and influencers to amplify our reach.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in social media management or brand marketing.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video content mechanics.
• Strong written communication and copywriting capabilities.
• Creative mindset paired with an eye for aesthetics and effective storytelling.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive ownership approach.

Additional Information

• Location: Onsite at Ghitorni, Delhi.
• Salary: Up to 30,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
