About the Role
Join Matri, a women’s health brand committed to building trust and genuine engagement rather than just an online presence. We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who grasps the nuances of storytelling, online culture, and understands how to capture audience attention effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design content calendars and brainstorm campaign concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and company founders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Spot emerging trends and leverage them as growth opportunities for the brand.
- Partner with content creators and influencers to amplify our reach.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in social media management or brand marketing.
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video content mechanics.
- Strong written communication and copywriting capabilities.
- Creative mindset paired with an eye for aesthetics and effective storytelling.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive ownership approach.
