- Enhance workface planning and execution systems, including Field Installation Work Packages and safety documentation in alignment with site leaders and health and safety coordinators.
- Create detailed monthly and annual reports, monitor fuel consumption relative to resupply schedules, and ensure budget adherence through ongoing cost and schedule forecasting.
- Manage site material inventories collaboratively with logistics and coordinate clear communication across rotational teams to ensure priority understanding.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in site planning, scheduling, or project management, preferably within mining, exploration, construction, or remote operation contexts. You are proficient with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, or Power BI, and hold a valid First Aid Certificate. Knowledge and application of health and safety integration in work planning are essential. Experience working a rotational roster and formal scheduling qualifications are also advantageous.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining rolling and weekly schedules.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with superintendents, supervisors, logistics, and health and safety personnel.
- Proactive problem solver capable of navigating dynamic and evolving work environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with transparency in schedule performance and resource management.
- Commitment to personal ownership of planning responsibilities and maintaining Wyloo's core values in conduct.
