About the Role

As a Sanitation Operator at Krispy Kreme in Pensacola, FL, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for guests. By ensuring both the shop interior and exterior are always spotless, you'll directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the reputation of the Krispy Kreme brand. Main Duties

• Sweep all designated areas both inside and outside the store.
• Mop floors within the shop as required.
• Spray and clean the parking lot; wash window surfaces.
• Keep restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Ensure dining areas are regularly sanitized, with clean tables and chairs.
• Maintain an orderly stockroom for janitorial supplies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Capable of effective communication in both written and verbal form.
• Dedication to upholding an inclusive, equitable, and unbiased workplace.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, frequently up to 20 lbs, and constantly up to 10 lbs.
• Will encounter varying temperatures, external and internal working environments, loud noises typical of food production, and possible exposure to allergens such as nuts.
