Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant functions ensuring operations run flawlessly.
• Lead, inspire, and oversee the restaurant team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain excellence in customer service and uphold guest satisfaction levels.
• Monitor attendance, personal presentation, and effectiveness of the staff.
• Control inventory, manage stock, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Uphold standards for food safety, hygiene, and overall quality.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to streamline workflows.
• Generate daily operational reports and work towards hitting sales and operational benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant processes, food safety regulations, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in English; Malayalam language skills are an advantage.
