About the Role
Become a vital part of Uber's APAC Central Operations team, driving the expansion and refinement of Uber's Premium mobility services across the Asia-Pacific region. This role centers on crafting growth strategies, facilitating market launches, and ensuring outstanding service for high-value customers in partnership with both regional and global teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies aimed at expanding Uber's Premium product offerings throughout APAC.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to introduce new initiatives and elevate premium customer experiences.
- Develop efficient, scalable operational processes and detailed playbooks to ensure seamless market execution.
- Enhance operational performance by advancing both customer and driver experiences.
- Serve as the key regional expert on Premium mobility projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking paired with a commercial focus and strong customer orientation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work cross-functionally.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to resolving challenges.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Experience
- Between three to five years in roles related to strategy, operations, management consulting, or consumer product management.
- Experience spearheading cross-team projects and achieving measurable business results.
- Background in consumer technology, marketplaces, mobility, travel, or similarly customer-focused sectors is highly valuable.
