This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter to join as a Recruitment Consultant, managing a busy desk independently and making significant contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of daily driver placements.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing PSL clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client network.
• Visit client sites to reinforce partnerships.
• Create and manage advertisements to attract qualified drivers.
• Conduct interviews and complete necessary licence verifications.
• Provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
• Manage all recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience with proven success in sales and business development.
• Capability to manage a busy end-to-end recruitment desk confidently.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Proactive, resilient mindset combined with team collaboration skills.
• Experience within driving, industrial, or logistics recruitment preferred, though candidates from other recruitment sectors with strong results will be considered.
