Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager will lead critical projects from initiation through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and profit goals within contractual boundaries, with guidance from senior market program leadership. This key role requires a balance of strategic planning, client engagement, and operational precision. You will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations while achieving financial and management targets. The role provides an opportunity to build strong client rapport, enhance leadership skills, and contribute significantly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, schedules, and profit targets aligned with contract terms and approved by senior leadership.
• Lead project teams to deliver services on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards and performance metrics.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Apply a solid business understanding to find efficiency improvements for projects and team processes.
• Create and present client-facing materials such as presentations, status reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to identify new business opportunities and gather customer insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of six years relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification mandatory.
• Experience managing Cybersecurity projects is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Role requires regular travel exceeding 50% to client and project sites despite remote work arrangement.

Additional Information

• Salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
• US citizenship is required for roles supporting government contracts.
• Reports to a manager, director, or executive level leader.
