Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Operate and monitor food production machinery to maintain efficiency and consistent output.
• Prepare and set up equipment for product changeovers.
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are met by following procedural guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience, preferably in food processing.
• Physical capability to stand and maintain pace for 12-hour shifts.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety protocols.
• Knowledge and experience in Lockout Tagout procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to stay open-minded and perform well under pressure.

Compensation
