About the Role
Hyde Group is seeking a Paralegal to join their legal team at London Bridge. The Paralegal will assist experienced lawyers by managing a diverse caseload related to housing management and other legal matters, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality legal services across the Hyde Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the Hyde Group, delivering services in line with agreed KPIs and maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Handle a variety of property-related legal issues and other pertinent legal matters to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Prepare advisories concerning housing claims, analyzing merits, possible outcomes, and compensation when applicable.
- Assist in transactional work by drafting agreements for lawyer review and examining relevant legal documentation.
- Perform legal administrative duties, such as compiling trial bundles, maintaining attendance notes and schedules, organizing meetings, and managing invoice coordination.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' practical experience in a legal environment, ideally in a similar legal support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, quality-driven approach to delivering cost-effective legal services.
- Competence in managing a supervised caseload, working effectively under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Information
