Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding Employment Hero's presence in the mid-market segment by identifying and qualifying new sales prospects and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new sales leads within mid-market companies (151+ employees) using inbound leads, cold calls, and emails.
- Conduct discovery calls to comprehend client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities for closure.
- Research and identify decision-makers in targeted accounts, generating interest in Employment Hero’s offerings.
- Maintain and grow a database of mid-market prospects.
- Assist with online product demonstrations to prospective mid-market clients when needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven high-volume inside sales experience focused on mid-market clients.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales targets in this segment.
- Strong telephone communication skills and resilience for frequent client engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities tailored to mid-market audiences.
- Effective active listening and presentation skills targeted at mid-market professionals.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities focused on sales leads.
