Job Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a critical role in maintaining stocked shelves and properly arranged product displays to ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform price adjustments, rotate products, and undertake special merchandising projects to enhance product presentation and fulfill supplier requirements.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to correctly display products and boost sales performance.
• Construct product displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, regularly updating display materials, signage, and brochures.
• Collaborate within teams under on-site supervision to provide services across multiple store departments, involving physically demanding tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
• Foster strong working relationships with store staff and deliver excellent customer service to both internal personnel and external shoppers.

Additional Information

• Work schedules include day and overnight shifts.
• Positions are available as full-time or part-time roles.
