Job Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a critical role in maintaining stocked shelves and properly arranged product displays to ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform price adjustments, rotate products, and undertake special merchandising projects to enhance product presentation and fulfill supplier requirements.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to correctly display products and boost sales performance.
Construct product displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, regularly updating display materials, signage, and brochures.
Collaborate within teams under on-site supervision to provide services across multiple store departments, involving physically demanding tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
Foster strong working relationships with store staff and deliver excellent customer service to both internal personnel and external shoppers.

Additional Information

Work schedules include day and overnight shifts.
Positions are available as full-time or part-time roles.
