Role Overview
We are seeking individuals ready to take on responsibility and launch their career in project management within building construction. You will be involved in exciting construction projects from planning through to execution, particularly focusing on initiatives in industrial and real estate domains. Throughout the recruitment process, we will identify the best fitting team and focus area for your skills and interests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing complex building projects across all project phases.
- Participate in controlling schedules, budgets, quality, as well as tendering and contract management activities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing communication, organization, and documentation tasks.
- Gradually take on independent work packages during the project timeline, working closely with experienced project leaders.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification.
- Some professional experience in project management of construction projects, including internships or student working positions.
- English language skills are considered advantageous.
- Basic understanding of HOAI, AHO, and VOB standards is beneficial.
- Structured and solution-oriented work style, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
