About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support by receiving incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or on-site, including installation of new components.
- Assist employees in effectively utilizing applications during daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and actively contribute to continuous improvements.
- Manage smaller projects within the service desk scope such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization initiatives.
Required Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable technical qualification with further education in IT.
- Strong customer service orientation with passion for outstanding support.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English.
